1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jolino1 website, mobile platform, gaming services, payment features, and any other services offered under the jolino1 brand (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with jolino1 in any capacity.

By clicking "Register", completing the account creation process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the jolino1 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jolino1 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jolino1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is set in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of jolino1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by jolino1 or PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling self-exclusion program.
5. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.
6. You must hold only one (1) active jolino1 account. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

jolino1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers a compliance review. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include the PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS card, UMID, postal ID, and driver's license.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jolino1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. jolino1 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account at all times.

• Do not share your jolino1 password with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Do not access your jolino1 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Do not use the same password for jolino1 that you use for your GCash, PayMaya, email, or any other financial account.
• You must notify jolino1 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

jolino1 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. All activity carried out using your account credentials is presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously reported a security incident in writing to jolino1.

jolino1 may temporarily lock an account as a precautionary security measure if our systems detect unusual login patterns, multiple failed login attempts, or suspicious transaction activity. In such cases, you will be contacted via your registered email address to verify your identity before the account is reinstated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jolino1 operates entirely in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in pesos. There are no currency conversion charges applied by jolino1 on any transaction.

Deposits: Deposits to your jolino1 account may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jolino1 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within one (1) business day following confirmed receipt by jolino1's payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your jolino1 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
3. Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval during normal operating conditions, including weekends and Philippine public holidays.
4. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
5. jolino1 may require additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawal amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
6. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jolino1 account. Third-party payment to accounts in a different name is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jolino1 offers a variety of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso to your jolino1 bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on jolino1 is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without fulfilling the stated wagering requirements.
• jolino1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which they were granted.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or using bonus funds in a manner intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Gaming Rules

jolino1 offers a wide range of gaming products including but not limited to: slot games, live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker variants), bingo, sports betting (including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events), specialty games (Super Wheel, 3 Gods Fishing), and game shows. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface or dedicated game rules page.

1. All game outcomes on jolino1 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable. jolino1 does not manipulate game outcomes.
2. In the event of a technical error, server outage, or game malfunction during a live game session, the affected round or bet will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account. jolino1 accepts no further liability for losses attributable to technical failures.
3. Sports betting odds are displayed in real time and are subject to change prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
4. jolino1 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event, or any bet placed using incorrect or mispriced odds resulting from a technical error.
5. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided at jolino1's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jolino1. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jolino1, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform or any games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, and sports betting.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are subject to forfeiture.
• Attempting to launder money or use jolino1 for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity. jolino1 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and reports suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your bank, GCash, or PayMaya after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Accessing jolino1 via a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to conceal or misrepresent your true geographic location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jolino1 Platform — including but not limited to the jolino1 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jolino1 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jolino1 content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application used by jolino1.
• Use any jolino1 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on jolino1 content or software.

Any unauthorized use of jolino1 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action under Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

jolino1 collects, stores, and processes personal information about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on jolino1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jolino1 is committed to protecting the privacy of Filipino players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities solely to the extent required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jolino1 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Losses caused by interruption, suspension, or termination of any service on jolino1.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) or banking system outages.
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

jolino1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jolino1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jolino1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jolino1 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, jolino1 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you have the right to close your jolino1 account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The version of these Terms currently displayed on the jolino1 website at jolino1.net/terms-conditions is the version that governs your use of the Platform at any given time.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jolino1, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. Players may contact the jolino1 support team at [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint. jolino1 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of acknowledgment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
